This was an intermediate hotel on our way to Washington, stopped from the highway and got a very good walk-in rate. Unfortunately the hotel needs some TLC and renovations. The room was clean but the carpet was old, some mildew and wear and tear on the bathtub and around. Basically the reception, breakfast and hallways all needed renovation upgrades but the price reflected the hotel, probably would not stay again.

Do not go here. They put me in a room in the back of the hotel. When I arrived on the second floor there were black people hanging out on the walkway sitting in a dirty desk chair with a grill on the grass cooking .what the heck kind of hotel is this ? The room wasn't horrible but I will post the pictures of right outside my room ..and by the way the room next door had a broken window out and a piece of plywood covering it.

I booked a room online for a convention nearby. Membership means NOTHING to this establishment. The day of my arrival my reservation was canceled. I called and spoke with Hotel Manager, Crystal our call abruptly ended. Giving the benefit of doubt I called back, mind you she had ALL my information accessible. My second call no answer. My THIRD call, she still was very rude, raised her voice and very condescending. Our conversation ended abruptly again, then i realized this was NO "drop call or accident," and she stated "Do NOT show up at this hotel because you WILL NOT be checked in." Wow! If this is how Management treat customers, can't expect anything better from staff. It's a top down philosophy regarding hospitality, kindness and treating people with respect.

Where to begin. First they messed up our reservation. We booked two rooms. One with a king bed and one with two queens. We called a week ahead to ask if our rooms could be close. We were told to call back the morning of our arrival. My adult kids were staying in one room and my husband and I in the other. When we got there they gave us two kings. No way to fit our family in those rooms. My husband asked for what we booked and we were told that we had asked for two kings and the hotel was full and nothing they could do. My husband took them a copy of the reservation showing we were correct and low and behold they had a room with two queens. Floors are filthy and holes in carpet. Mold in the bathroom. One bathroom door had a huge hole. TV was unplugged. Lots of lights did not work. Breakfast area was HOT. The door to breakfast area/ reception was filthy. Do not stay here. Rude people. Needs major updating and cleaning. Smells terrible.

We stayed in this Quality Inn when driving to Florida. We stopped for a night off I95. When we checked in we were informed that breakfast is not available as advertised. When we entered the room we were appalled: the carpet was stained, furniture dirty and ripped, linens stained, bathroom had pop out tiles, plugs were uncovered and the room smelled bad. We complained at the reception and were told to ask for the refund with priceline where we booked. To make long story short, Priceline reimbursed us 14$ which is their cut and we are still fighting to get our money back. One could wonder how this establishment passed the inspection an is allowed to operate. Take a look at the pictures. Do not stay in this hotel even though is so conveniently located by I95.
